With rooms starting in the US$35 price range, the value is certainly well worth while and your host, Bill & Cathie, will treat you with the gentle familiarity and personal touches that are the hallmarks of the establishment.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival, a levy equivalent to one nights room rent will be charged. Cancellations 30 to 8 days prior to arrival; a 50% charge will be made and 7 days or less prior to arrival full charges will be made.
